I got the bento box and a sushi roll and I was set for dinner and leftovers for lunch, bento box was huge and filled with so much good stuff! Really impressed with the teriyaki chicken, very good quality. I've never been disappointed by this place. I moved out of Holyoke a few years ago but I will now cross the river to get my take out fix from Hibiscus

Definitely better Chinese restaurants in the area.
I did try calling the restaurant as requested on 6/24 at 6:50pm, the person I spoke with asked me to call back in 30 min. he did not offer to take down my name or number and put it on me to call back. I do give the owner credit for reaching and offering to make it right, I wish you luck with your business but we will not be returning.
The General Tso’s Chicken was dry and tasted like you boxed up leftovers from your buffet, same with the Orange Chicken and the Boneless Spare ribs were completely inedible, they were sour and the meat was tough.

It was cheap and didn't make me sick. Walked in, ordered, and sat to wait. Took about 20 minutes to get my order and leave. It's not very clean and poor service, but it was what I expected.

First off order was all wrong came back to the house called and there response was far from acceptable upon returning they took the food back we had already opened…. ??♂️ when I asked what are you going to do to fix this you offered no way to make things better they offered 3 fried doughnuts furthermore we had to wait for the “manager” whom never arrived we then asked for fresh white rice because it was cold and they refused because we had to bring the old white rice back!!!! Never again I in no way recommend this place one of the worst experiences ever!!!!!
