Wow! Holyoke Hummus Company makes an excellent sandwich in the form of The Kitchen Sink.
The Kitchen Sink was especially tasty because the texture and flavors balanced one another in a delicious way . The sandwich had this incredible falafel, hummus, grape leaves, and crunchy vegetables.
I am amazed how they did all that in a food truck!

I met holyoke hummus at the farmers market in Northampton. Where l bought some of their hummus. I am now addicted.It is the best hummus l have ever had.They also sell grape leaves ,chips, and other delights. I highly recommend.
