Im am very pregnant and my husband went to get me food since i was still working. He ordered and paid for them to not even give him the correct meat. I hate white meat. I will only eat dark meat and they replaced my original chicken drums with tenders. I am beyond frustrated and starving and i still wont eat it.

Do yourself the favor and go to Chicopee for KFC. These people don't give a care about their job. They are rude, slow, and unenthusiastic. You will be waiting a long time even if you have ordered ahead, and you'll be lucky if they get your order right. Save yourself the headache.

Bad experience went inside to order my food wait more than half hour and nobody even take my order really bad service
These people don't know what customer service is. Didn't receive my food I paid for and was refused a refund too, just told to call corporate. Avoid this place.

Service is deplorable, ordered for the first time online, went through drive through to pick up and was given an attitude, she first tried to claim she didn’t receive order, then she asked me to move, when I asked if I could park and wait, she said no, they don’t bring food out, it has to be picked up inside although I had the order number, she said she was not going to send the only person inside she had out with the order, I go in count two other people working and only one at the counter, not busy at all, they have a sign written on the wall that says treat every guest as a friend in your home, this did not happen although I tried explaining that it was my first time ordering online, and other restaurants allow you pick your order through drive through, with an attitude she said we are not other companies, when I asked for the phone number of the owner to the store she didn’t want to give it to me.
Ordered the food 10 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, there we’re already a few people waiting for there food.
I had to approach the team member to ask for my order that was stated to be ready. When the team member went to check in on my order another team member said oh there was crispy and didn’t tell me cook time or other options. As if they expected me by default to say sub it out.
The “manager” asked what does he want there isn’t crispy. The team member couldn’t respond as she didn’t offer options. Manager came out told me they didn’t have crispy and after asking how long the cook time was. I I decided on original.
15 minutes after arriving I was called for my order.
Checked my food they missed the biscuits. And when I asked about the biscuits, was told oh, the oven broken.
First and foremost transparency is key. A job is a job, working and serving the public isn’t an easy job. But be transparent, offer solutions as a manager leading a team. If food is available or ready.
Second, don’t hide in the back chilling, playing music and speaking poorly about customers in Spanish. When you have customers waiting and your store fair from clean.
Lastly you are still open for another 2-3 hours. With two items I’m sure there were more. Unavailable, to me it sounds like they were cutting corners to shut down faster. The the milkshake machine broken or down for service.
It’s been years since the store ran the correct way. It sad.

Ordered my food online for pickup while I was outside in the car with my kids Went inside for my food and they told me someone picked it ip. no one has my name. I have the receipt on my phone and they still were looking at me like If I was crazy so then I had to wait another 30 mins for my food half got done early so it cold and had to wait another 10 mins for the sandwiches. I’m so mad. I work hard for my money I barely eat out and today proved me why. Will never return.

Ordered Alot Of Things! Said Our Order Was Ready. When I Got there To Pick It Up It was not done! Didn't even start it! Then when I got it alot of stuff missing. The most important thing the sauces ever made it either! Horrible! Top It Off Door Dash Worker Was waiting for food that got stolen! Wow!

We ordered an 8 piece family meal with 2 large sides and an extra large side. When we got home we discovered the extra large side was actually an individual side, and the other 2 large sides, the containers were not even filled half way!! The employees in there seem to be "bothered" by the customers. A little professionalism and a LOT of attention to detail needs to be put in-place at this establishment! What an embarrassment this particular location must be to the KFC name.

Got the tenders and chicken family on an occasion for the family only to get home no tenders come on get it together specially with what we pay uncalled for to far to drive all the way back and no reasonable solution over phone with manager either.

If you have nothing to do and don’t mine wasting from 10 to 20 mins of your live on a drive tru, well this is the spot, you could also get inform of the holyoke gossip , loud and clear. It looks like that’s is their job position.

I went to KFC in Holyoke on a whim, despite not usually eating fast food. When I do indulge, I expect it to be hot and fresh. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that.I waited at the register for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me, all the while the drive-through attendant was just staring at me. When someone finally came over, she took my order for a 12-piece chicken nugget with Nashville hot sauce.Excited, I took the meal to my car and immediately dug in. The first bite revealed that the chicken was cold and stale, with the only heat coming from the sauce. I bit into a second piece and decided to go back in and request a freshly made order.The drive-through attendant informed me that they couldn’t do that but could give me a new order from the same batch. I insisted on freshly made nuggets since the ones I received were clearly old. He repeated that it wasn’t possible. I then requested a refund.He said he would need to get the manager for that. When the manager arrived, she asked how she could help. I explained the situation, hoping for a reasonable resolution. Instead, she looked me dead in the eyes and said, "This chicken isn’t old." She didn't even look at my order before making that judgment. She then opened a plastic fork and proceeded to inspect my chicken right in front of me!At that point, I lost my patience and demanded my money back, using a few choice words in the process. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. What happened to customer service and quality food?
