Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes. Feel bad for the staff, but they were severely understaffed. This was at 530pm. I get it at 12am, but not at dinner rush. Will not be returning

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to order something at the drive through and for over 10 minutes no one came. I went to the other McDonald on Northampton street and it took over the same amount of time just to order. Will not go to either again

We didn't go inside the place, just the drive through. Sence it was late at night there was only one guy there, and he took forever. We had to order from the area you take your food, because he wasn't answering the speaker where you order. The food was good though. I don't know what the place inside was but I guess the atmosphere would be a 3? Otherwise I had a good McDonald's trip

Customer service is something the woman in drive thru there thursday 9:50pm on 11/07/24 knows nothing about. She was just miserable I actually feel bad for her now
We were on a road trip back home and stopped here for a quick dinner. It's your typical and standard McDonald's with a drive through. The app was running slow so I didn't get to place an order prior; however, once I ordered at the drive through, I was able to scan the app to get points. I highly recommend this if you're a frequent customer because they have some good coupons.
We ordered a happy meal for my child; once we got to the window, we got the happy meal box and a drink, and we were on our way. A few minutes later, my child was complaining that there was no toy in the box. That was a disappointment for sure since there's always a toy or something, unless we mentioned otherwise, hence the 2 stars.

Nobody at the register, employees on phone calls in front of customers, no one received receipts and employees didn't call out by order number just food items which had people fighting over their meals. Fix the self check out or have someone at the register and give customers their receipts so there's less confusion.

Pretty good! Foods is good every time I go there I would not recommend getting sweet tea from this location. I have tried getting sweet tea 5 or 6 different times and it always had a weird coffee after taste even if they remade it. They might make their tea in the same thing they make coffee in which makes the tea have residue coffee taste. Other than that the foods always been good!
