Mel’s was one of the first places I went on a date with the love of my life.. I am obsessed with Mel’s they have the best meat sauce! I also love the cheeseburger chowder. I highly recommend the chicken parmigiana with meat sauce!!! Can’t wait till I can get to Mel’s!!!
First time visiting Mel's. Excellent experience! The food was delicious, (my favorite was a meat sauce) the wait staff was prompt, courteous and attentive and the prices very reasonable. They have expanded their beer collection apparently and I was pleased that I get an ice cold draft of my favorite beer. Our reservation was for 6 p.m. and we stayed till after 8 I believe not realizing they shut at 7. They never said a word about closing time and even asked if they could...
My family has been going to Mel's for years and years. My parents would pick us up from skiing all day at Mount Tom and we would stop at Mel's on our way home. And every time , every weekend we just couldn't wait to get there and order our spaghetti. The Best Sauce ever . The new owners have been able to maintain the same awesome sauce that original owner Jack Rigalli created. We continue to go at least twice a month. Eating in or just ordering sauce to take home....
