After not coming here for so long, I was excited. I arrived here the gentleman was nice. However the price of 12 mini cookies was best $14! & They were super hard. Such a let down. I don't think I'll ever come back. Do better.

Cookies were great. I received them as a gift and they tasted pretty good but the second I heated them up in a toaster oven they were honestly awesome. Especially with some tea.
I spent 32.00 on hard cookies I could not eat! The girl at the counter was very nice ! Disapointed we took a special trip to the mall.

Online ordering is a joke! They defaulted my date of delivery would absolutely NOT take responsibility for it. Then I was emailed in a fashion that there was no adresssed person just comments in the email like I was just another friend being texted to not in a professional setting addressing a customer! So now they kindly’ and I use this term loosely to cancel my order because they didn’t get it here on time?!! So I asked them to refund the delivery charge or upgrade my order for all the inconveniences they are causing. The answer’ I can gladly cancel your order, I’m sorry we have misscomuni acted several times with confusion 4x’s over the correct date of delivery for the surprise birthday treat?!!! WHATTTTThe answer is no thank you! My very first time ordering and my last!! I love Shari’s berries and will stay with them. I have several corporate accounts with like companies, this one failed miserably and tested their potential client like ZERO. Don’t care at all. Neither do I NEXT. Poor customer service!!
