Ordered sandwiches for me and my coworkers, I ordered the pernil sandwich and the pernil was so so so dry. They forgot one of the sandwiches that we ordered and they put mayo on a sandwich that wasn’t suppose to have mayo on it. Moral of the story this will be the last time I order from this place. It def wasn’t worth the $80 I paid I’am highly dissatisfied.

Breakfast sandwiches are my favorite. Bacon egg and cheese or Salami egg and cheese are my go to. Also the Pernil (pork) sandwich is really good also.
The sandwiches were great! We ordered two ham, egg, and cheese on soft bread. What a surprise to receive FOUR sandwiches (lunch or supper for later) along with our coffees which were delicious as well. Definitely worth the $30 we paid! I love that the cashier is bilingual (we are too) and is very knowledgeable. The bakery had a very nice atmosphere, very similar to one of the panaderías we saw in Ponce. We will be back in the future. Muchas gracias, San Juan!

I remember as a young kid growing up in Holyoke. On the weekends we knew it was Breakfast time. The spot to go was Old San Juan Bakery. I would go with my Parents or Grandparents to grab pan de agua. When arriving and walking in you felt the love and the passion for what they did for business. And their food at that time was to perfection. Smiles laughters and Greets to every customer that came to show support. However still working on point to complete customer satisfaction. Their Bread was the talk of the City let’s put it this way all over Western Mass and beyond. I’m sure perhaps it’s still like this today, But today 2025 I don’t see the love I don’t see the passion. I don’t feel or see any kind of Team work that there was way back when. I’m just being honest and don’t get me wrong this is the same way at other Puerto Rican Bakeries, Their main focus now is about what they can make for the buck and get out now next. I can continue to type about what I feel about San Juan Bakery Brand today, But I think I’ve spoken enough. My advice for them is bring that feeling back into your business. That was so very very known for their quality.

POOR ass customer service.
Ordered a sandwich WITH EGGS on it. Went to eat it, no egg. Drove 20 minutes back, and they said they “didn’t charge me for egg”, proceed to charge me for egg when I asked for it in the first place.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Long lines. I dont understand why they o lying have one person in the front when they know is a busy spot. Owner must be greedy to not hire xtra help. Coffee is good bread is good service is ok.

The bakery sells specialty desserts, breads, and sandwiches.
They have a wide selection, which includes tropical desserts. If you're looking for something different that will delight guests or office staff, this is it.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and, most importantly, the baked goodies are delicious.
Do yourself a favor and give them a try.
Great Latino pastries and subs. They don't make the mortadella subs, which is the sole reason I go there. Luncheonette counter style with some tables/booths.
They didn't want to make sandwiches 40 minutes before closing time
This is what they gave me for a tripleta so sad for two sandwiches it was 27$ and they want to serve me this
