I was really let down! I’ve never had Popeyes before and was excited to try. The server/cashier was nice and the service was fast, but the food was so bad I didn’t even eat half of my meal.

Asked for an empty cup to pour water for our toddler. I clarified this is from our own drinks. They said it’s $2.99 for an empty cup and called for reinforcements to that rule? Also asked for a 2 wrap combo and got charged for an extra wrap combo in addition to a 2 wrap combo. I never write reviews but this was horrendous service and I really hope they get flagged.

It's incredible that they are in the United States and at this Popeyes they don't have anyone who speaks English. A red-haired girl with glasses served me at the drive-thru. She didn't understand any English and just stared at me, not understanding anything.

The wraps aren’t what everyone is waiting for at McDonald’s- of course they wouldn’t be but it’s like they wanted to supply the demand of the chicken wrap everyone’s going crazy for and can’t even make it with ranch! Then if you ask for ranch packets at least and the employees say “yes” and don’t give them🤦🏼♀️ idk what is going on in this particular Popeyes truly. Truly was good two times. The Springfield, MA & Amherst, MA one is much better. They won’t say yes and not deliver the promise. They will deliver the promise.

This is on the manager. For fast food I love my Popeyes. But today the manager served me (takeout) totally overcooked, dry, no meat 3 piece meal. Worst I've had. Horrible. It was the last of the batch (I commented they were low but didn't give it a thought) and should have been thrown away.
some of the most mediocre dining in my life, i ordered a plain chicken sandwich, boneless wings with honey bbq sauce and mac and cheese, i had to re toss the wings myself they were not evenly coated at all and were frankly soggy, same with my sandwich i don't think ive ever had wet bread before but this was just sad the sandwich was practically falling over on itself and the mac and cheese was SOUR i don't think cheese is supposed to be sour, on a side note i ordered the apple cranberry lemonade and it burned my mouth not because it was hot but some sort of chemically burning feeling when i drank it, absolutely awful, made me feel sick after eating

you can sit in there for a half hour and there won't be anyone at the register for the entire time, you're better off to just drive all the way to Hadley and get your food it will be much quicker

First, the fries were thrown into a bag. At no time was it notified that they did not have the packaging for the potatoes. (-Antigenic) Second, they did not provide napkins or cutlery for the order. Third, the boy at the window was quite unfriendly and when we thanked him he threw the window in our faces.
