PRETZELMAKER adjacent to JCPenney

Horrible experience, I drove half an hour just for the cheese stuffed pretzels. I arrived at 7:45 PM. They are not supposed to close until 9 PM. They said they did not have any. I would have gladly bought them and waited for them to cook. But they said they are not making them for the rest of the night, even though they had an hour and 15 minutes left before they close and there was not another customer in line. The price of $25 for 18 pieces you would think they would want to make sales. If I was the owner of this business, I would seriously look into my employees who are running it. Who knows how many sales they have cost them.

Employees are rude and not helpful! Ordered 2 large cups of pretzel bites and 2 Waters, paid $25 dollars for them. Asked the lady cashier if she can bag them so I could carry everything smd she just threw and empty small bag at me. She could not even be bothered to put the food in a bag. No hello, no Thank you, no nothing. Rude and Inconsiderate
