It's not a happy atmosphere, I have never gotten my food hot. I only go there because of my friends.

20 minute wait with 4 people standing at the hostess stand and 1/3 of the tables in the restaurant open. Bad look, not sure who manages the place but if it was because of staffing issues maybe don't stand an army up front.

Nobody in restaurant and it took 30 minutes to get a regular burger. Wont be back !

Time! The food takes FOREVER to come. It's usually wonderful but my friends food was missing items on it.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns offered. Not sure if dedicated fryer. But I didn't get sick.

Our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we sat down, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. Our order was mistakenly given to the table next to us, and it took the staff a frustrating 40 minutes to bring out our correct meals—only for the food to be of terrible quality.

To make matters worse, our waitress was nowhere to be found, failing to correct my fiancé’s order or offer any form of compensation for the mistake. When we finally managed to flag down another employee to request the check, it still took over 10 minutes to arrive.

The overall experience was the worst we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Between the subpar food and abysmal service, this establishment should be ashamed. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers—Five Guys or any other burger spot would be a far better choice. Do better.

Mens bathroom was disgusting with overflowed toilets which left brown stuff everywhere and dirt everywhere. The service was ok and the food took over an hour to come. Wont be back

They need more help in the kitchen or something, they have more tables than their capacity to get food out in a timely manner during the dinner rush. I do enjoy the food and drinks and the servers are friendly, I think I'll just try to go when they're less busy

Gone downhill. Cups were greasy, mozzarella sticks showed up fast but warm not hot and fresh. Food took another 45 minutes to get to the table and it was not worth the time or money.

Stopped in for a quick burger on our way to Vermont. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers! Our waitress, Heather , was very nice, but that was an hour of our lives that will never get back.
The three host people at the front were giggling and chatting as we walked in and giggling and chatting as we walked out. The bathrooms were completely filthy and trashed. One and done for this place!

Nearly an hour to get our entrees and somehow they were all luke warm and somehow our salmon and chicken were overcooked, but we were so hungry we ate them anyway; didn't want to wait for hot items. The standard table fries were not 'endless', they came once. The groups around us were complaining of the same issues. The restaurant seemed fully staffed up front and in back, and the waitress didn't offer any excuses for the issues, communication was poor in general. She did credit us fries that were not edible. Perhaps we showed up on a bad night.

Went last night (1/11/25) to Holyoke Red Robin to celebrate my friends birthday 🎂, her choice. We waited 25 mins to be seated. Drinks were 15-20 min wait, okay no biggie... Our food came out after an hour, yes you read that right OVER AN HOUR!! 🤔😆 Our fries and burgers were cold. 🥶 My friends husband ordered onion rings and we all laughed at the fact he got 5 onion rings. (FIVE GOLD RINGS) 🖐🏼 or cold rings if we're being honest. The waitress was nice, but we didn't see her as often to ask for any refills unless she brought us something. (Maybe she's part ninja??) Flagging her down was like flagging down a taxi in N.Y. in rush hour. 🚕.
Maybe one day we'll come back and try again. But Saturday night here was a 1-2 ⭐️

Overpriced margarita with no alcohol in it, burger was dry as hell. Service was friendly

I come here all the time and the food is normally good but tonight I went to grab a drink with a coworker at 9:01pm, we were stopped at the door and told that they were closed even though they have their hours posted that they close at 9:30

I thought the food and service was great. However the score drops due to cleanliness. There was napkins and food and silverware all over the floor while walking to our seat. The men’s room was missing paper towels (no dryer). The sink faucet was broken and coming out of the counter top and the other sick was just running and wouldn’t turn off.
