Last 2 visits the food was a great disappointment. Fries have COLD and limp. 1 burger cold and 1 burger barely warm. Red Robin i believe you have lost our trust for good food.

I will never set foot in this restaurant again. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. We came in and the majority of the tables were open, yet we were told there would be a five-minute wait. Fine. Fifteen minutes went by and we were still waiting. Once we were finally seated, our waitress came over and told us she would be right back to take our drink order. About ten minutes passed with no one returning, and we eventually had to get her attention to place our order. She came back with my boyfriend’s drink and my sister-in-law’s drink and told me she would be right back with my Coke Zero. Fifteen more minutes went by, and my boyfriend had to flag her down again. She then told us that her manager needed to refill the Coke Zero machine. That could have been mentioned when she said she would be “right back.” I finally received my Coke Zero after half an hour. We waited almost an hour and a half for our food. We each ordered a plain bacon burger. During this time, our waitress served two larger parties their food, even though we had arrived well before them. She eventually came over, apologized for the wait, and asked if we wanted fries while we waited. We never received the fries. After an extremely long wait, she brought out our food and handed my boyfriend a burger with lettuce on it, even though neither of us can have lettuce. After I said my boyfriend did not order that, she said, “Oops, sorry, that’s yours,” and took it back to the kitchen. We then waited another half hour. By the time my food arrived, my boyfriend’s and sister-in-law’s food was cold, and they had already finished eating. The worst part was that the cook was just hanging out at the bar. We could see the waitress getting annoyed as well. It was honestly very pathetic. I used to serve when I was 16 years old, and even I could have done a better job than that. The menus were sticky and disgusting, and none of the booths had been bussed. This place is absolutely filthy. To top it all off, I got sick when I got home from an undercooked burger. Eighty dollars later, and this is what we got.

Let's start saying this is my second visit here. To be fair I didn't review it in my first visit cause anyone can have a bad day. When you get to the hosting area you can see several tables empty but they make you wait 10 - 20 min to be seated for no.reason. when you finally get to your table the cushions on the seats are gone .. you literally can feel the wood. Some of them are completely ripped. Can't believe they keep setting customers in those tables. Then it takes forever for the waiters to go to your table .. I ordered the onion rings tower. Way overcooked and drowned in oil. I ordered a coke 0 and I finished ... I waited like 25 minutes with my glass empty until I finally got a refill.. the food ... Forget it .. it took like half an hour more. So from your arrival to be able to eat .when you get the food is cold ... How? .. You are going to wait from hour an a half to 2 hours in Monday to eat a burger.... I'm done with this place. Owners should be ashamed.

Sat at the bar and had a grilled chicken salad. Was nasty looking! Brown lettuce and old chopped up other ingredients with a few tiny slices of yesterday's chicken on top... $20!! It was a meal you would eat if you were home and out of food and able to scrape together something from the back of the fridge that under normal circumstances you would throw in the trash.
Also, I went to the bathroom and passed a whole bunch of tables that weren't bussed. It was a gross sight.

My family and I went to this Red Robbin’s and the service was subpar. We were seated in a table when we asked for a booth , and were told that the section was closed . 20 minutes later we are asked what we want for drinks, and no apology for the wait . Next we wait another 45 minutes for 1 burger, 1 Cobb salad , 1 Mac and Cheese, and that’s it .
The kitchen staff were having a great time , where we finally got our food , it was cold and totally semi- burnt . Not and experience at all

there's a scene in the opening of the 1988 animated cyberpunk masterpiece AKIRA where the titular character destroys Tokyo with a single act of uncontrolled telekinetic psychic power after being traumatized by secret ESP testing in a government lab. Tokyo was destroyed, and in its wake, Neo-Tokyo was born. If you draw a direct parallel between my exhaustive and endless experience at Red Robin tonight just trying to get dinner with my child and the abuse Akira suffered at the cruel hands of scientists, resulting in a detonation that, to many, appeared to be a nuclear bomb; you'll understand why around 7:30pm a giant psychic rage sphere appeared over the Holyoke Mall region centering around this terrible chain restaurant.
my daughter ate all her broccoli, its really the only positive thing worth mentioning. zero stars.

Red Robin is our spot for my son and I. We always start with the mozzarella twists which have an amazing cheese pull. We usually get burgers too. They're always so good and juicy. I don't think we've ever had a bad experience at this location. Service is great too! All the waitresses we've had are so friendly. We will always come back!

We had an awesome time celebrating our sons bowling tournament! Kristen the manager treated us like family. Megan our waitress was a true doll who was on top of all our needs before we knew we needed it. We go to a lot of Red Robin’s as it’s our sons favorite, but this one always has the most thoughtful staff.
