Nothing about this place is impressive. They used to have amazing Jack Daniels sauce and that is no longer available. Forget about waiting, we were not aware that our name was called and nobody went looking for us as we sat outside on the bench. The service was slow and we had to ask for napkins and the like, Which also took forever. Go somewhere else.

Very slow service. We asked for a drink and the bar tender did it wrong. We had to wait a long time for him to bring it. The food was almost tasteless. You can get better (and cheaper) food by buying pre-cooked meals in Big Y. Don't waste your time.

It took them about 30 minutes to get a raspberry iced tea and then they brought unsweetened iced tea and expected me to just drink it... when I asked for the drink to be remade it took forever then the waitress tried to take it off the bill because "for some reason" the bar was having problems and it had nothing to do with her. Only after I insisted did they bring me the correct drink eventually but it still didn't taste good. My chicken tenders tasted like they were fried with very old oil and I could not eat my food because it was giving me a stomach ache. My husband's pasta tasted like crap as well. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience and we will not be coming back, which is a shame because this restaurant used to be good about two years ago.

This was the worst take out experience I've ever had. I travel a ton for work and take out from a lot of restaurants. I'm used to missing items and having to wait past the promised pick up time.. This Ruby Tuesday's location was the worst. I arrived at my scheduled pick up time only for them to tell me that they were out of chicken wings... they didn't call or email me although all this info is required when submitting order on line. They waited for me to get there expecting my order to be ready...They then asked me if I wanted boneless instead of the bone in they are out of...Promised it would only take 5 minutes. After 20 minutes they bring out my food. Not apologetic or nice about it. When I politely told the bar tender service that this was a frustrating experience, she shrugged her shoulders and said something like "tell me about it, try working here". I got back to my hotel and not only was all my food cold except the boneless wings, they had also forgotten several items and the boneless wings themselves were burnt and inedible.(I have pics) To punctuate this terrible experience, after emailing through their web to let management know what's going on at this location, I got ZERO response. This location is a mess and in my experience Ruby Tuesday's as a corporation does not care. (Don't bother to respond to customer feedback). They don't value the business they get from loyal patrons so They will no longer be getting mine.

Wish I could give no stars. Love Ruby Tuesday, just not this location at the mall. Super cramped seating even when there is not a ton of people. Not sure if they are understaffed, but the service was very, very slow. And not the best at all. Ordered food and after a very long wait, being long done with our salads, our food was delivered but it was not the food we ordered. Instead of chicken and broccoli I got chicken and shrimp, and I am allergic to shrimp. They apologized, said i will get the meal for free, and supposedly remade the plate, though I could tell that there was still traces of shrimp on the plate. After another long wait I finally received my right meal on a scorching hot plate, which I was given no warning of. At this point I have lost my appetite. I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper as well, and it was extremely dark and cramped. This place just doesn't have time for its customers, so don't give it your time.

Few places have a salad bar these days, they have a very nice salad bar. Sometimes if you go late at night, they may be out of a particular item. But not always. When its fully stocked, its great!

Walked in and was ignored by 2 staff, finally the bartender came and sat us Queso was awful, steak was overdone, all I can sayy was the bartender was super nice waiting on us If I hadn't had a gift card I wouldn't have been there Glad I don't ever have to return

It seemed like staff was lacking as had to wait for a party of 3 for 10 minutes (which I didn't mind)and the restaurant wasn't even half full. The wait staff was pretty slow and not very attentive. Food was okay, my burger wasn't made how I asked for it and it was very greasy. I'm not a complainer but I definitely won't be returning.

Visited on a Monday for lunch and the service was so slow. It took almost 2 hours to get in and out of here. The salad bar was not stocked at all, most of the dishes were completely empty the whole time we were there. The burgers that we ordered were burnt, and were not as good as they normally are at other ruby Tuesday’s that we have visited.

My family and I used to go to Ruby Tuesday’s all the time. The salad bar was our favorite thing. Tonight, after Disney on Ice we thought we’d stop in on our way home. When we walked in the place was a ghost town. The Manager was standing right by the door and completely ignored us. The hostess tried to seat us at a dirty table (which if we are being honest, MOST of the tables were dirty.) When we finally got seated, our waitress acted like we were a burden to her. The Salad bar was disgusting! The spinach was in a wilted ball of green goo and the mushrooms looked like they’d been there for a few days. When the rest of our meal finally came, again, our waitress acted like we were a burden. It’s really too bad. With all of the competition coming in, you’d think they’d be trying to do a decent job. Sorry Ruby Tuesday’s...

Food was great despite having my order wrong. Service was very poor. Took 15 minutes to get the check after eating and a very long time to get my card back. Wait staff seemed not to care. Place was not super busy

It was a brisk December evening, and the fiance and I were deciding where to eat. We thought, maybe we would go to East Hampton, or try some expensive local food elsewhere, but decided Ruby Tuesday. They have an infinite salad bar. I had 4 plates of salad. My fiance had 2. That's six plates of salad. At first the salad bar was completely empty, but then they brought out all the fresh stuff. These were the best croutons you could ever expect at a Ruby Tuesday. The staff was super chill. Efficient and chill, says the fiance. I agree. This is the place to go if you want 6 plates of salad and leftovers for under $30. After dinner, we discussed the possible career paths we might take. I told my fiance she should be a space man.

Used to go there a lot. Went there recently. I was looking forward to the salad bar. What a disappointment! This place has gone to the dumps! Everything tasted and look stale. The bacon, ham, etc. tasted biter. The service is not at all what it used to be. The server never brought us silverware. Had to snatch them from a neighboring table. I should have known when I noticed that the place was dead empty, right in the middle of the Christmas shopping season! Other times it would have been buzzing. Too bad. At least my daughter got to enjoy her burger.

Went to the Ruby Tuesday in Holyoke. Was seated fairly quickly, but waited 40 minutes for our meal. People who were seated after us were served 10 minutes before we received our meal. In a rush, and got up to leave. We left out money for the drinks on the table just as the food arrived. We had it quickly packaged to go, and were disappointed to discover that we hadn't been provided cutlery, napkins, or condiments. The staff was nice, yet the food was mediocre. The quality was to be expected for a chain restaurant, but it was still dissatisying.

Horrible, salad bar was 1/2 empty. Numerous missing items. Asked several times for dressings... never filled. WASTE OF $$$$
