Springdale Lunch is a hidden gem. The food is unbelievably crafted to perfection. Chef Ari could not be more talented in her culinary gifts. She is also incredibly welcoming, as if she is serving you in her own home. The restaurant has a homey, familiar, comfortable and relaxing vibe. Ari makes you feel like family when you enter her space. I highly recommend everything about Springdale Lunch. Great food, great times, great experience. Great lunch AND dinner.

Authentic cajun and creole flavors straight from the American South. With a touch of Latina spin of a homemade hot sauce with an intense kick of heat backed up by Habanero lime base and other complex flavors of south american spices. If you love heat and intense cajun flavors, this place is the best for you. And if heat isn't a thing for you, all the dishes come default in Mild.
My bro and I got a bowl of Chicken Gombo, Crawfish Étoufee, and Seafood Jambalaya, which I highly recommend. The secret creole style gumbo roux in all of these dishes is to absolutely die for. And not to forget, our sides of cornbreads shot a perfect bullseye with it's mildly sweet snd spicy flavors and lightly crisp and tender texture.
The interior of the restaurant is New Orleans themed with mardi gras decor, and it took me back to the time I was at the French Quarter.

The food is excellent especially Cajun style in western Mass area. Service is excellent and the owner was very attentive and cared about the customers. She prepared food based on the customer preferences. The place is small with only few tables and without airconditioner so the place is hot inside in the summer.

Never judge a book by its cover! This place has some rocking Soul food. Jambalaya, spin cakes, etoifee and a lot going for its. It's small, one employee, but she can cook. Her recommendation....anything is great or she wouldn't offer it. Enjoy the experience and say hi.

As a South Louisiana native, I'm hesitant to try Creole / Cajun food elsewhere. WOW!!!! Delicious!!!! Savory!!!! Fresh!!!! Friendly, homey, atmosphere!!!! If I ever venture this way again, I will definitely come back!!!! Continuous blessings and prosperity to the Chefs!!!!

Hello, I have tasted several different meals, burgers and appetizers from Springdale Lunch. I really enjoy the way the food is prepared and soo delicious. Hoping to have a corned beef and cabbage dinner, cajun style today. Highly recommended

We randomly stumbled across this place. We just returned from a 7 day road trip to natchez Mississippi, which is just minutes from Louisiana. I was thinking wow we won't be experiencing that southern hospitality for a while. But low and behold we had a little taste of the big easy right here! There was one girl cooking, and serving everyone's food! She was fast and the food was good! It's a byob joint too. All my friends had been trying to get me to Big Mamou's but they were closed by the time I was ready. My bro told me that the owner used to work there and this is same vibe. It was an amazing experience . I highly recommend!!

Stopped in here today after been meaning to try it for a while, glad I finally stopped in! Got the C-3PO chopped cheese sandwich, it was delicious just the right amount of spice and on a nice soft bun, the rice on the side was great too!
