******ALLERGIES BEWARE******
Is there *any* reason you don't train your employees on food allergies?! I ordered a salad, because I have a SEVERE gluten allergy. She then starts making my food with gloves and a counter FULL of gluten... Then mixes the salad dressing in with the salad AFTER I told her NOT to do that... Is there ANY reason you guys can give me as to why you're INTENTIONALLY trying to kill your customers? This is *NOT* acceptable and IS being reported to the proper government authorities. You guys would've *KILLED* me had I ate the food. Is there any reason I *shouldn't* call a lawyer? I sent you guys a complaint. You have my email and phone number.
Staff was also rude and aggravated like we were inconveniencing them. Have gone here on a regular basis. I will *NEVER* return again. I'll travel the extra 20-30 minutes round trip to Chicopee... I'd rather live, thanks...

they don’t know how to toast a sandwich
I’m not sure if Subways was simply having a bad day or had the wrong employee but I was disappointed. The staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there and the sandwich was poor quality. I expect more from a popular sandwich franchise.

Vegetarian options: Question was if I could get a veggie sub,but veggie are in open pantry and being touched by several employees . When asked if they could make from different veggies answer was no they can’t. Definitely not my type establishment !
