Great food, but service can definitely use some help. I've visited here quite a few times, and like most fast food restaurants, it can vary. But I must say, 90% of the time, they forget something or misplace it. Double check your bag before you leave.

Manager there speaks so low sounds like he’s whispering. Workers stand around looking lost. They gave me the wrong order. The little kiosk machine to order at doesn’t work that well and glitched out. Tried to explain to manager and he just brushed it off. Place is slow and dead.

This Taco Bell is the worst! They always mess up orders and can't get anything right. I'm surprised they're even open. make sure you check your order before you leave and if you order from doordash don't expect your order to be correct or have napkins or sauces. Staff look at you like if you have 10 heads when you stand at the counter and then talk trash in Spanish thinking people don't speak Spanish. Trash every where it's cleaner outside in the parking lot!do better

Numerous issues every time I go there. Last visit on 7/8/25 at 9:35pm the drive thru person was on his cell phone the whole time. I ordered a few things. One of them being a beef grilled cheese burrito. Instead they gave me a cold wrap with some sauce, lettuce, and red cabbage. That's it. No cheese, no meat. Pathetic. Thanks for robbing me. You guys are ridiculous. There was barely any meat on any of my soggy hard tacos to!

Easily one of the worst taco bell’s around Mass. I work in the fast food industry, I understand mistakes happen, no big deal. So first i order 3 Hard tacos with meat and lettuce. and then 3 of the supreme. We get the order and then they are all the supreme. I go back up to let them know and kindly ask for them to remake it. Not a big deal. I get the correct ones back and they are basically empty. Almost no meat and very little lettuce. I understand it is a taco bell. But like it’s not that hard to make it correctly. Well i tell you there was almost nothing in this taco. If i could add a picture i would.

Employees look content when I go there to order. Very attentive and fast. Love to order ahead and have very little wait time at the store. Food is good. Just don't eat sour cream here.
