I frequent Uno's on Boston Road. (Shout out to Basil). Went to this one in the holyoke mall last year with a cake for my daughter's 5th birthday. This year I try to and am told "no outside food". Covid blah blah. Screw you guys. I call BS. Thanks for disappointing my 6 year old on her birthday. Thanks 99 at the holyoke mall for saving the day. I posted a review for them as well. Hey manager at uno's in Holyoke Mall respond!!? How come it's ok at 99 in the same mall??? Total of 3 kids and 6 adults money you missed out on. Regardless post your rules here that show No birthday cakes allowed?? Complete nonsense.

love their personal deep dish pizzas. even though they no longer have the chicken fajita pizza on the menu, they are always willing to make it for me, ask for a side of sour cream to dip it in..yummm

The food was nasty ordered a nachos it was all burnt on top sent it back and then it was still crispy on the top outside but when you went in to pull some out of The Middle but cheese was just all sprinkled not cooked not melted it was awful still got stuck paying for it! The waitress was very nice and she apologized but there was nothing she could do!

This has been a staple at the Holyoke Mall for decades. They serve all kinds of pizzas, but I think are most known for their Chicago style pizza. They also serve a variety of salads, pastas, and sandwiches.I had the "farmers market" individual Chicago style pizza, which was good.

Service was slow and there was just a couple of tables full. I had the caprese sandwich and fries, was boring and not much flavor. I usually go for the pizza but wanted something different. Should have stayed with the pizza. Took at least 30 min for food to come out.

Not a fan of thick crust Chicago style. One reason is because it's never cooked through. There is obviously an employee shortage. It's overpriced. $40 with tip for a shared 8" pizza and two sodas. Putin's fault!

Okay. So the staff was one of the most friendly staff at a restaurant. Good job to the staff.However, my boyfriend and I ordered 2 drinks. They took about 10 minutes to make an old fashion and a martini. And probably about 20 minutes to make nachos.To make up for the drinks taking so long, they gave us a free drink.And the nachos. Ooooo they were bangin!

The host wasnt even dressed or ready for the shift. There was one server and one bartender running raggid and I heard them talking about how bad the kitchen was messing things up.It took 20+ for kids chix & stix with sweet potato fries to come out - the chicken was beyond burnt - didnt eat it, the motz sticks were overcooked and had the cheese burnt out of them.Once we did get our pizzas, the crust was soggy and pizza fell apart - I wrapped mine to cook at home in air fryer.Bartender never checked back until near the end. Tables all around us waiting for food and follow up.I get places are short staffed - but if your kitchen or front of house staff need time its ok to go on a wait. Better to have people on the wait then at the table getting frustrated.It's really too bad we had a bad experience because we come here a lot and normally enjoy ourselves.Wont be back to this location for quite some time

Horrible service from our server. He didn't even take our food order, our food was burnt, didn't check up on us, and handed us the check before we even got our meal. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Never cleaned the table next to us and we were there for almost two hours!! People not working there were walking in and out of the kitchen and one walked out with a cigarette in his hand!!!
