as always, White Hut (Holyoke) proves to be affordable, delicious and even civic-minded.
Keyonna got the goods on milkshakes!!!
I brought lunch to work today, but I *still had to stop on by* for a couple of shakes for me and my client!!!

The double cheeseburger was hot, fresh and cheesy! Quite tasty... The onion rings were hot but meh, bland coating and the serving was kind of small for nearly $5 on their own! Service was fast and cheerful but the dining room was small and kind of run down!

The Holyoke store is a hidden gem. I much prefer this one over West Springfield.

I was in town the other day and I wanted to try a new place so I went here on a recommendation from my sister.
I liked the retro vibe it has. It reminds me of other really good all american burger joints. I had both a cheeseburger and a hot dot.
There was a nice kiosk to order at that had all the options laid out.
I made my hotdog with sauerkraut and some mustard. The sauerkraut was absolutely top tier. There was a good amount of flavor to the kraut.
It was a delicious hotdog overall
The cheeseburger was a classic American burger with a little bacon and some ketchup and mustard. Definitely recommend.
I also tried the chocolate shake and that was a decent shake!
It was out quickly and hot.

Food was very mid was somehow overcooked and undercooked all at same time for the burgers and the chilli fries tasted terrible if it was a review on just the milkshakes I would give a 5 star but that was only good part of it employees had a I don't want to be here attitude

We placed an order for pickup and the food was delicious, however we were missing one order of fries. Considering that the fries are $7.50, it's a big deal to be missing a whole order. We emailed White Hut about the missing fries but never heard back. I thought of calling but I'm not going to bother. They could have emailed us back by now if they cared (it's been more than a week). That was our first time trying White Hut and it will be the last time also.

People hyping this place up but it’s definitely not that good, sorry! Not for me, I’ll love chili dogs, but the chili was disappointing! Hot Dog was great but if you flat grilled a hot dog and put Hormel chili on it, that’s what you get. Root beer was really good. I will not be back.

Great experience!
They are soo friendly, funny and the food is delicious.
To feel comfortable, it's the place to be.
I wasn't sure what I wanted on my burger and they let me try the different toppings.
It is clean, tidy and has a great atmosphere.
I will definitely be back if Massachusetts is my next holiday destination again.
PS: Try the milkshakes, it's worth it.
