We hired Bird’s Nest Italian Street Food truck for our daughter’s college graduation party this weekend. It couldn’t have been any better! We had food for 63 people served right in our driveway. Working with Michael was a cinch. We exchanged some emails and booked a deposit easily online. He promptly answered any questions I had. Everyone loved the selection and commented how fun it was to have a food truck at the party. It also gave my husband and me the opportunity to enjoy time with all of our guests. Everything was provided, we just needed a trash can for disposal of the paper boats and utensils that our guests ate clean! We loved the experience and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a stress free party!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jaime. I didn’t catch the chefs name but as a first time food truck patron I felt welcomed. She took her time to answer all of my questions and was sooo sweet. Her energy stood out there was even another Italian truck but I chose Birds nest for the customer service. I promised to come back and I did. Let’s just say money well spent. I grabbed the meatball sliders, chicken parm sliders and the pepperoni pizza egg rolls. With a wait time of under 10 minutes and the food was fresh. Did not taste warmed up like some of the other trucks. I’m glad they were at Wachusett. Thanks again.

I went to the event at Roger Williams park tonight. This was excellent food and service. I had the chicken parm sliders: These sliders are ridiculously good. The chicken wasn’t chewy and the sauce was just right. I’ll be going to events this summer just for this spot. If you see this truck it’s a must stop.

We visited this food truck at a recent Roger Williams' food truck Friday. We were so hungry we forgot to get photos before diving in! We ordered the Arancini, Spinach Artichoke Bites, and Mozzarella Sticks. Each was PHENOMENAL! Perfectly cooked, very flavorful, authentic taste. The food was served very quickly and it was hot.

I have been utilizing Bird's Nest Food truck for the past 3 years. On an annual basis during Christmas week, I have the food truck come to my medical office to feed my staff. Mike and his co-workers are tremendous. This year, admittedly, I reached out to Mike later than I typically do so see if once again he could come to my office. Mike was very responsive and accommodating. We worked together to validate the Panini's that would be available on that day for my staff to choose from. We confirmed the day and time of his arrival. Mike arrives to my office a little early to prep, and to assure he is ready to go when my staff first goes to lunch. The staff does alternating lunch times which start at 11:30 and finish at 2. Mike is there for the first person who heads to the lunch, to the last. Food quality is tremendous. All staff members rave about the quality of the food. It is all prepared while the employees wait. Their sandwiches were ready to go within 5-7 minutes of placing their order, all food is piping hot. Each sandwich came with a bag of chips and a soft drink or water. Pricing is very reasonable.Having Bird's nest at my site on an annual basis has become tradition. I envision contacting Mike and the team for years to come.

I stopped by this food truck the other night and was so impressed. The food was just beyond unbelievable! I had never had deep fried manicotti and honestly cannot stop thinking of it because it was THAT amazing.The eggplant fries were delicious too! This is seriously the stuff that dreams are made of. I am already checking their schedule for next time!

Amazing cannoli!! Just got back from a street festival & tried several different kinds of their delicious cannoli. My favorite was the chocolate chip & my husband loved the chocolate dipped ones. The woman at the window was super friendly & sweet! Can’t wait until next year!
