We hired Bird’s Nest Italian Street Food truck for our daughter’s college graduation party this weekend. It couldn’t have been any better! We had food for 63 people served right in our driveway. Working with Michael was a cinch. We exchanged some emails and booked a deposit easily online. He promptly answered any questions I had. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jaime. I didn’t catch the chefs name but as a first time food truck patron I felt welcomed. She took her time to answer all of my questions and was sooo sweet. Her energy stood out there was even another Italian truck but I chose Birds nest for the customer service. I promised to come back and I did. Let’s just say money well spent.
