My first time visiting today. The new owners are friendly and try to greet each customer with a warm hello. The order was steak tips well done and a steak and cheese sub. Definitely, would get the steak tips again and the rice (made in house) was flavorful. The steak and cheese sub (not toasted) was a good quality and the bread fresh, not stale.
