This is genuinely one of the worst restaurants in the entire known universe. They are consistently unable to process orders on time and bafflingly they are confused when people are upset by this. By now, we know better and routinely show up 15-20 minutes after the END of the order time that's given. We did exactly that today and they said "oh sorry we never looked at Grubhub until you showed up, it's going to be 45 more minutes". Meanwhile my family is sitting at home waiting for me and watching the football game we're supposed to be enjoying together.
They looked me straight in the face and said the estimates in GrubHub aren't real, the order isn't late, we only accepted it when you showed up. They should not be allowed on the GrubHub platform with their consistent inability to meet the estimates given (which they have control over by the way).
When you talk to one of these employees, it will assuredly be the dumbest person you speak to that day, that week, maybe even that year. It is very clear that our education system has failed us. It is astounding that they are still in business.

This place was great but is over priced now !! Customer is paying for all the renovations done. May be over priced in a market were there are many places that make great chicken!! Need to make website user friendly too!!

Wings are great as is the service. I was surprised to see a surcharge for the use of a credit card. I tried explaining to them it was illegal in Mass to charge this. Website email doesn’t work so I hope they see the message here. Great food and I will be back, just buyer beware of the fee, no signage and again is against State Law.

My Brazilian sandwich was delicious.Take home desserts looks yummy.
Waited for 30 mins for 10 wings and waffle fries. It wasn't busy when we visited on a Sunday afternoon, however we were told it would be about a 10-15 min wait. The location was hard to park near since it was on a busy Main Street. The desserts looked delicious but we didn't get anything since we were there for lunch.
