Riverview Restaurant at the Hudson Portuguese Club

I was at the restaurant at the Clube Português de Hudson, Massachusetts, today, Saturday, September 28, 2024, during the DNA de Gigante event, and had one of the worst service experiences of my life. After waiting an hour and a half for my meal with no explanation or justification, I decided to cancel my order. I was treated with total disrespect by the waiter, who not only refused to handle my request politely but also threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay for a meal I never received. I felt completely cheated and disrespected. The situation was absurd! The most outrageous part is that I should have been the one calling the police for the unacceptable service and the way I was treated. Waiting so long for a meal and, instead of receiving an apology, being threatened is something that should never happen in any establishment. This type of behavior is unacceptable and shows a total lack of training by the staff. I hope the restaurant’s management takes the necessary actions because what happened was a complete disrespect to the customer.

Was at an outdoor concert in back. The Journey Tribute band was great.

The food is always delicious.

I have been here a few times, some with family and other times with friends, I have had a few catered events in their beautiful halls, I have yet to be disappointed, the service is on point, and I can't explain how delicious the food. The Chef is very flexible with offering you to try new foods and with recommendations.

Great Food (with big portions), Great Service, at a Great Price. Definitely worth trying if you are new to Portuguese food. If you are a fan of Pasta, the Chicken Piccata is superb.

I went to dinner there with friends that night and I loved it! Wonderful food, Ashley's service was excellent. Note 100!

Since a long time we haven’t been in contact with the Portuguese club. But one thing happened that we had taken the advantage to have dinner after the celebration of Our Lady of Fatima! The great surprise happened right there! That is, good food well prepared and tasty became the top of the night in the day of May 13, as the the apotheotic coronation of The festival in honor of the Mother of God

We love the food here, always fresh and great portions. I had the Brazilian moqueca, husband had a steak and shrimp.

I visit this outstanding restaurant from time to time as I like the good mood that is exist in this place. The staff is very helpful and well trained. The service is extraordinarily quick. Also, the food you get is outstanding. I have been there often and I was always joyful. The pay is honest. I recommend this place to to all.
