Domino's Pizza in Hull has recently opened and has made a positive impact on the community. The restaurant offers fresh pizza with fast service, remaining open until 1–2 AM, which is convenient for late-night cravings. Many customers have praised the quality of the food, noting that the pizza is hot and made exactly as ordered. The staff is described as friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that orders are ready on time.
However, there have been mixed experiences regarding customer service. While some customers have enjoyed their visits and appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, others have faced issues with online ordering and customer support. One customer reported a frustrating experience when trying to resolve an order issue, feeling dismissed and disrespected by the staff.
Despite these challenges, many look forward to returning to this new Domino's location, highlighting it as a great addition to Hull. The owner is recognized for their hard work and dedication to the business, contributing to a positive atmosphere for pizza lovers in the area.
