Cove Coastal Kitchen is a great addition to Main Street Hyannis, an area known as a foodie destination. Mediocre establishments simply don't survive the competition. This new restaurant raises the bar. Food, service, atmosphere and value are all fantastic. Don't miss out on trying something new.
Shortly after the restaurant opened we had two amazingly delicious meals at Cove Coastal Kitchen on Main Street in Hyannis. We were greeted immediately and brought to a table. Our waiter Luiz was very prompt and brought our menus and waters, along with a bottle of water for the table. He then asked if we would like something to drink in addition. Standout dishes include the beef bourguignon, grilled shrimp with bacon bits, and the wagyu burger with bacon jam. Cove Coastal Kitchen is a great addition to Main Street Hyannis. The Greek salad is the best ever, and the fish sandwich with incredibly good French fries is delectable. The Fisherman’s Pie is loved, and they’ve recently added a variety of bar pizzas that are a must-try. The seared salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes was well executed. The bartender managed to keep smiling and get everyone their orders quickly. With its great vibe and fresh, flavorful cuisine, this gem of a restaurant is a must-visit.
