“They are one of the best dunkin' donuts in this area by far when it comes to customer service the ladies that work over there take their job serious. I go there even though it's a little bit further than the one that's closer to me but it's worth it they make my coffee right and they make it the same “

The key for this location is to order ahead. In the morning; there is always a huge line inside and at the drive-thru.
They aren’t accurate 100% of the time in my orders, but this location is more consistent than most.“

“The morning staff are excellent, this is my go to Dunkin’s that I stop by every morning.
Never had any issues, they consistently are polite/respectful, drive thru is quick and my coffee and food always come out great.

The bad reviews may be referring to the afternoon staff.
I have come here before in the afternoon and didn’t have a great experience.
Staff seemed lazy, coffee was made completely wrong, the guy asked me like three times how I wanted my coffee and still got it wrong three times in a row and had the nerve to talk trash about me to his coworker when he thought I left.“

“I love this location they are always happy and friendly service. No matter what time of the day you go you will always be greeted with a smile! The employees love there job here. While leaving to work and stopped in for my coffee. It starts off with the cashier saying good morning and personalizes it to each customer. After taking my order I was greeted by the server who is just as friendly? Handing me my items and sending me off with a smile! The staff Rocks here!“
