Had an older lady working and she kept on messing up our order of coffee and donuts two/three times. Didn't put cream and sugar in bag after we asked her to do so. Then none of the donuts were what we ordered.
I always bought my coffee and my donuts in the morning there .a few days ago I made a mistake wanting my coffee wrong and they excellently with me .didn't let me feel bad cleaned everything are nice people

It doesn’t seem like the staff knows what they are doing. While waiting in the drive thru lane I watched the employee open the oven to check the food to then put the food back in. The cashier asked us what we ordered when we got to the window.
