First things first I love dunks but this one's terrible. I ordered a xl hot coffee, a donut and some hash browns. My hashbrowns weren't burn so kudos on that, they were out of most donuts(this was about 330pm) and worst of all my coffee, it tasted like water, worse than that it tasted like the water you get when you first rinse an empty coffee pot. This location needs some major changes

I waited on the drive thru for 25 minutes and never received the coffee I ordered. Multiple cars had to leave the line. After 25 minutes I left because they only served one person within that time frame. Not sure what is going on with their staff and management.

Rude, lazy, and incompetent workers at this DD location. Older lady at drive through around 940am today kept talking to coworkers and having private convo then asked me to repeat myself 3x. After doing so she got an attitude with me as if I was the problem. Then I asked to change my latte from a small to medium and got more attitude. Once my bagel w/cream cheese came out it was just a glob of cream cheese on the middle, and 2 crispy nearly burnt wake up wraps. So disappointing my craving for DD was ruined. Not a welcoming place at all. Avoid this location if you can and save yourself from being disappointed.

It doesn’t seem like the staff knows what they are doing. While waiting in the drive thru lane I watched the employee open the oven to check the food to then put the food back in. The cashier asked us what we ordered when we got to the window.

Absolute waste of time, they have yet to fix their locations on their delivery apps. Do something about it and stop blaming others. I’m not the only one dealing with the problem, so DO YOUR PART. Pathetic excuse for a business that lets their partners waste their time and money. Rude.

This is a very convenient spot to go to, but they sometimes have staffing issues which can make the drive-thru line very very slow.
