Great food and service!

I’ve been here 4x’s and each visit was a great time!! The food and drinks never disappoint with reasonable prices, not overpriced at all. A restaurant like that is hard to find- it’s usually hit or miss but not here and I love that. It’s a nice ambiance, atmosphere, & vibe. They definitely cater to the people, even down to the music. The music is not loud which allows you to still communicate with your guest. Love that! If you’re thinking about going, Go! I’ll definitely be going back.

I was forced to get a buffet at $35 I wasn't able to order off the menu the food was cold and it wasn't much of a buffet I will never go back there very disappointing

I ordered take out 2/5/25 the chicken was cooked well but the sides were 🤦🏿‍♂️ the banana pudding was not good the bananas were hard that were in the pudding I’m take a break for a bit

The Chef came out to greet us. The servers were very friendly. I went on a Sunday morning and it was great. Their drinks are very expensive but the food was great and reasonably priced.

Service was horrible and food was terrible. Waited an hour or so just to get some finger food and it was not worth it at all. Ambiance was very nice though, good music, good drinks, and beautiful people but, not worth the price.

I Tried to order catering from here . The customer service was no good . Reached out over a month in advance. I received an initial response , then they disappeared when I tried to order. I sent numerous emails and calls . They finally replied a day before my event, asking if I still wanted to order. No acknowledgement of their lack in communication. Would not recommend for catering ,Very disappointing .

My husband and I had a 10:30 reservation for my birthday on Saturday. Walking into the restaurant, the atmosphere was definitely grown and sexy. Our table was in the back, which I loved because of privacy. Initially, it took a while for our server to come over, but when she did, she was very nice, and she explained that it was her 3rd day working, so I appreciated the honesty.

They serve corn muffins with butter, confection sugar, and cinnamon. They were a yummy surprise. My husband ordered fried chicken, rice & beans, and roasted cauliflower. He raved about the cauliflower and fried chicken. The rice was well flavored but a little crunchy. I originally wanted the oxtail mac & and cheese, but they were out, so I ordered the chicken Alfredo (one of the best I ever had) it was with spinach instead of broccoli which I loved (not a fan of broccoli) The Alfredo sauce was so creamy and rich. We also ordered a side of collard greens. Delicious!

Oh, there is a full bar, and the music was very urban, definitely to my liking. The decor is black, which I found to be sleek. There's a huge fireplace with a bold black clock. Sexy! I especially liked the ceiling. I didn't use the bathroom or go upstairs, so I can't give a review on either.

Our bill with tip included was 73.00. Not bad at all. I didn't have a drink because I had a slight hangover from the night before. My husband had a Guinness.

The husband and I both agreed we would be back. We definitely have to taste the oxtail / mac & cheese.

Hello everyone !
Me and my friend came here just now at night and the security aggressively approached us waving his hands asking for ID….mind you we have been here a couple of times .
We have never experienced this during brunch or dinner hours. This is insane. He was so aggressive. And made a big scene making noise for us to come back outside in the cold so he could talk to us like we are juveniles . Even his co workers and staff were making uncomfortable faces and asking us what was going on ….
He needs to be fired. Are you guys serious? What type of security is that with major hostility and aggression and anger …….making the whole experience uncomfortable .

My friend did not even want to get up to use their bathroom after he called her out infront of everyone and pulled her outside. Would not recommend . management was no help . just told us “he’s doing his job”

Their wings are great - had a parmesan flavor and the peach cobbler rates 10 stars and I'm super picky about cobbler!

Vegetarian options: Best for meat choices rather than vegetarian.

Parking: Happened to find a street space during late lunch. Not sure about dinner hours

My experience at this place was horrible, the worst ever. 1st. My daughter tried to reserve this place to celebrate my 70th birthday about 2 weeks before my birthday on the 4th of January. As of the 2nd of January no link sent to put deposit, so I contacted the restaurant and spoke to manager., who gave me excuses for the long delay in her response time. She finally sent link so that we could reserve the restaurant for a party of 13. When I got there I was so disappointed with the decor. 2nd. One my guest had oil or butter from the muffins that they served spilled on his pants, no manager/ owner came to apologize or offer some kind of compensation. 3rd. Waited for atleast an hour or more to place our orders. 3rd. Once placed orders, appetizer was suppose to come out before main meals. But, arrived after meals had started were being served. It took over an hour to serve all my guest their food. Some the orders was mixed up or not complete. Some of my guests got their food after others guest had completed their meals. 4. The price they charge for the food is way over priced for the quality and quantity. For example, my son order the Ripeye steak, medium rare, it came out a very, very thin slice of steak and well cooked. He sent it back and got a worse piece. At this time he decided to order the Catfish because other guest said it was good. But. Again, most of my quest had finish their meal or refused to eat it, because it was not what they expected. Also, my best friend ordered the grits with shrimp, lobster and crab, we were shocked at how soupy the grits was and the lack of seafood it containd. She was totally disappointed and did not eat it.
5. Again, no came to apologize for the long wait or to speak to us about the service.
Long story short, I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO PARK 54 RESTAURANT AGAIN, and so sorry I picked this restaurant over the other choices I had.
