I stumbled on a post that listed the best breakfast spots in the Boston area and this little place was in the top 5 so I had to check it out. To start it's in a convenient store and does have a true home grown feel to it. The ladies working there seem very social like they know everyone that comes in. The prices were pretty good compared to some other local places but I have to be honest the burger I had was pretty lackluster in flavor. Maybe in just picky but when I get lettuce I want it green, with all the white parts it tasted like I was eating cabbage on the burger. Also had the bacon egg and cheese and the grilled bread was a little too charred for me. I'll try again but the first shot was just ok. I guess good for the area

Richy's has been around since 1954 and it's clear why. Had a great breakfast- eggs toast hash and sausages- with fresh coffee for $11. The ladies working the counter know everybody and it's just a great welcoming place. Will be taking my daughter for breakfast soon.

Classic neighborhood food shop. It was formerly a pharmacy and still uses the old school counter service where you can watch them cook up your meal and have great conversations with fellow customers and staff. Food is delicious and staff is wonderful.

This place been around for over 55 years now!I love their Sammies whether it pastrami or corned beef you really can't go wrong. A lot of people rant and rave about he breakfast items I had it once or twice while I prefer their hot Sammies the fresh and filling!This rare vintage gem is a fav of mine and yours once you try it! Friendly staff is always a place!
