We stayed here for 3 nights. We reached the hotel late at night around 21:30 for check-in, and the reception was so kind and straight away, said our room is ready and we can go have dinner (we booked halg board) abd then do check-in formalities. We were given room to roadside view, we requested if its possible to get a sea view room and luckily we got one but for extra cost. The room was very tidy and good modern bathrooms too. Just got back from a week in Rincon de la Victoria in Hotel Rincon Sol. Solo traveller so a little apprehensive. Started badly as I got my admin all wrong and had a problem with credit card and inboard boarding pass. I have nothing but praise for all the staff in this hotel from waiters to housekeeping, but the reception staff were outstanding! They put their heads together and sorted both problems and saved my holiday from disaster! I am so grateful to them for their sympathy...read full review
Stayed here for 5 nights and the location and hospitality was spot on. The entire staff right from the receptionist to the housekeeping are friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms, good breakfast and great view!
