I LOVE my Dunkin and I hate to complain but I have to because it's SO wasteful. I went this am before work at 8:20am. There was a younger gentleman with blue/purple hair and I ordered the NEW iced coffee and he tried and tried and tried and he kept throwing it out 3x because it wasn't working! Come on after the 2nd time he should of asked for help. But after 15mins waiting for my 1 coffee I got it and it still wasn't frozen and had no whipped cream like I ordered.
