Very disorganized. Food orders would be called out even if they were mobile orders meaning people were incorrectly taking food. Mobile order took 25 minutes to fill because of this and only after asking twice about it. Workers were trying their best to get caught up but were very rude costumers who asked questions.
When you ask for macchiato, they always want to put one shot of espresso and when you ask them for the two shots, they want to argue with you and say that they did it when they only put one it’s made right in front of you smh
