Nasty watered down very weirdly fake lemon “frozen lemonade” I’ve never thrown out a slushee but this is actually nasty. And almost $8 for a medium. My zero sugar vitamin water lemonade tastes better.

Over priced for no reason and the hot fudge taste burnt. Huge rats hanging around drive way area by the dumpster. Workers always smoking close to the entrance.

I tried their ice cream and their ice brew coffee it's good ice cream is good. Unfortunately the ice cream soda are not good at all they do not taste or good at all the soda in it it's not good I've been to different ice cream parlors in the United States the ice cream soda taste like Julie how it should be it made ice cream soda traditional way. But overall the ice cream and coffee are good put the ice cream soda D-- sorry

Milkshakes (frappes) are obscenely overpriced and watery. You have to pay extra for an “extra thick” one. They definitely used half as much ice cream as you would get if you ordered a cone and yet charged almost twice as much. Malt was also an extra charge and only a meager amount was given, which barely provided any flavor. Total rip off!

It’s like going to see your number one favorite neighbor… I enjoy the coffee roasts and ice cream here. I hang out sometimes. The space needs a little update, especially outside where the seating needs update.
And like a good neighbor, this place is welcoming to unhoused neighbors who might enjoy time to have coffee, ice cream, and a little pause… You can tell it’s management policy to be a good human to all.
So JPL and Mr. V, here, take my money!

I had such a good sundae. The peanut butter sauce on the peanut butter cup sundae was the best! I recommend getting it with chocolate ice cream instead of the vanilla it comes with. They are super accommodating.
