I was the waitress , there everyday for 3 years, and then covid came to town.and ruined EVERYTHING! THIS was the best job I'd ever had, I will miss it dearly, also I'll miss all my JP customers, that did turn into great friends, not just customers.Fare well Lil Dip! I will surely miss you?

For those who don't know, Little Dipper is a very special place. It basically is a venue for a pop-up restaurant. Right now (June 2021) there is a Northern Africa theme. The food was very good, the trout probably the best I ever had. The portions are a bit small, but you can turn this to your advantage by simply ordering more different things.

Randomly remembered that the one time I went to this restaurant they had a sign that said 20% was added to all bills to support the restaurant staff. Pretty blatant fraud to put lower prices on the menu than what is true, then on top of that people won't tip or won't tip as high because they'll see an automatic 20% addition to the bill and think that's the tip. ALL of the money I pay at a restaurant supports the restaurant staff that's literally how restaurants work.

Got a brunch table without wait around 11am on a Saturday. We had a burger and a breakfast plate, both were tasty (the burger was especially delicious - super flavorful and juicy). Home fries were great too - throughly fried and crispy but fluffy inside. Regular fries were far too greasy though and in general the food was heavy. Service was great but food took a good half hour to come. They paid attention too our dietary requests so I think service was great overall. Restaurant is super cute, and tables were spaced appropriately, with indoor and outdoor seating.

I loved the previous name of the restaurant but I am happy they still running business. Food and everything is perfect, one of my favorite spots in JP. Highly recommended for family and nice environment. The menu is short but the food is very good.
Delicious brunch! The blueberry pancakes were soft and fluffy! Very good breakfast selections. Service was excellent!!! ❤️

I am upset at myself for not having had their burger before. One of, if not the best, burger in all of Boston and I have had them all. More impressive was that it was for takeout and it just held amazing. French fries were no slouch, but pales next to the burger. I'm afraid I will have to explore the menu further. From bun to patty and thick cut bacon, just amazing!

I really enjoy the Little Dipper. They have great breakfasts at a reasonable price and they offer other meals but I havent been for those. The restaurant has a fun feel to it, and the service we had was wonderful.

I guess I'll start with the hideous decor of this restaraunt, whatsup with the big red curtain at the door? The toys hanging from the ceiling? Anyway onto the food, terrible! ¡Que maluco! The pork sausage patties were sweet, that was so weird; they gave me unbuttered toast, they gave me 1 egg when the Kepler's Klassic was supposed to come with 2 eggs, the homefries were mediocre at best. Are they paying people to write these raving reviews!? That food was disappointing, never again.
