They do make the best breakfast burrito around (when you add chorizo to the mission breakfast burrito) but when you add a coffee to the order, they are now charging over $21.00 - and that’s just too prohibitive for me in 2025.

I don’t know what kind of sorcery Mike & Patty’s is working with, but the “Crack” sandwich is slappin. This sandwich doesn’t just feed you — it hugs your soul, whispers sweet nothings to your taste buds, and leaves you wondering if breakfast can ever be this good again. Have it once and you’ll be calling your mama to tell her your hooked and you can’t stop swearin!
Final verdict: 11/10. Worth the risk of addiction.

Friendly, fast service at Mike and Patty’s JP. I asked the server to set up an outside umbrella table and he did. Great spot to have your morning coffee!

Love this place and their food! Quick and friendly service, and of course...excellent sandwiches. I'm never disappointed when I order from here (I live up the street so I get their stuff alot). I'm particularly fond of the Fancy, the Mission Burrito, and McLustin. So glad they came to JP!

This is my go to place for a breakfast sandwich. They are reasonably priced and make one hell of a sandwich the Breakfast Grilled Crack is my go to you won't be disappointed
