Recent Reviews

The Haven is quiet, cozy, and very friendly. The source of the menu is Scotland, home of haggis and salmon and shepherd's pie. I'm a vegetarian. But I need not have worried. The watermelon gazpacho was amazing, as were the beet salad and five-cheese pizza I shared with a friend. If you are feeling peace, try the deep fried mars bar for dessert. No kidding.

Great burger! Sticky toffee pudding had great flavor but a bit dry- needs more sauce, should be very moist! Other than that - first time there and loved the ambience, service and food & beer!

This was our third visit to the Haven, one of my favorite restaurants. HMy husband and I came with our extended family this time to celebrate our anniversary. I was a little nervous how everyone would receive Scottish food but everyone enjoyed their meals. Fish & chips, burgers and hunter's chicken all came to the table nice and hot (always a concern with this crowd.) The only complaint was from my father-in-law who didn't quite understand the concept of mushy peas...
