Mixed Experience, Delicious Food Marred by Poor ServiceI recently visited The Join for lunch and had a mixed experience. While the food was delicious, the poor service detracted from an otherwise enjoyable meal.The highlight of my lunch was the Black and Blue burger, cooked perfectly to my medium-rare preference. The generous portion of beef, paired with crispy onions, barbecue sauce, and blue cheese cream on a brioche bun, created a flavorful and satisfying bite. Additionally, the double-fried French fries, though not to my personal taste, were well-executed and complemented the burger.Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. I had to request utensils after my meal was served, and the server failed to check in to ensure everything was satisfactory. Waiting over 15 minutes for the check, and then having to bring it to the bar counter for payment, was particularly frustrating. Such lapses in attention to basic customer needs detracted from the overall dining experience.In conclusion, while the food at The Joint is undoubtedly delicious, the poor service experience dampened my enjoyment. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration to improve their service standards and ensure a more consistent dining experience for all patrons.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was super cozyyy and comforting. The food amazinggggg. The chicken and waffles with the bacon gravyyy hits different! The French toast was soo good fluffy flavorful. Service was great. Definitely the new brunch spot.
