I stopped in at noon today to try it out for the first time. I got the chicken finger dinner plate. I have to say, the service was so amazing! They apologized for the wait & it took leas than 10 mins. The portions were huge & I will definitely be back
We are regulars at Baldies — always at the bar — and honestly, Katrina is the reason we keep showing up.
She knows us. She knows what we love — the salami and fresh mozzarella pizza is our go-to — and she reads the room perfectly. She gives us space to browse when we want it, and makes us feel completely at home. That warmth and awareness is rare, and she makes it look effortless.

I stumbled upon Baldies Craft Pizzeria after an appointment in the area, and I am so glad I stopped in! Their menu looks incredible, and while I had a bit of a hard time deciding what to get because everything looked so good, you honestly cannot go wrong with the pizza.
I ordered a half-and-half pie: buffalo chicken on one side, and linguica with peppers and onions on the other. Both sides were phenomenal—loaded...
