We tried Mad Jack's for the first time and were extremely pleased! We got the rib sampler with baked beans, mac and cheese and a side of hush puppies. Everything was tender and delicious - we will be back!
It was okay...I know that barbecue is hard to please all palates, but this was lacking some fundamentals, in my opinion. I got the 3 meat combo and picked chopped chicken, brisket, and pulled pork. Every meat needed quite a bit of salt to start to bring out the underlying flavors. I've never had to put that much salt on any BBQ.
