“I WAS HERE ON 11/29/25 TRYING THE NEW HOLIDAY DRINKS.. I TRIED THE FROZEN PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE & THE GINGERBREAD CHAI LATTE IS DEFINITELY 😋.. I DIDN'T LIKE THE FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE TOO MUCH, BECAUSE OF THE WHIP CREAM & PEPPERMINT SPRINKLES.. I DON'T LIKE WHIP CREAM OR SPRINKLES, BUT I STILL GOT IT TO TRY.. THEY ONLY CARRY THE HOLIDAY FROZEN CHOCOLATE AT STARBUCKS IN TARGET NOT AT THE REGULAR STARBUCKS RESTAURANTS! THE ATMOSPHERE WAS CLEAN AND ONLY A FEW PPL AHEAD OF ME IN LINE! DIDN'T TAKE LONG TO ORDER AND GET MY ITEMS I ORDERED! I ALSO GOT ME A CHOCOLATE CROISSANT WHICH ARE AMAZING !! GET IT WARMED UP TOO IS THE BEST WAY TO EAT THEM.. TRY THEM IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY! “I always visit new craft breweries wherever I go. This time it was Hot Plate brewery.

The brewery occupies a chunk of a mall in a busy area. Parking will be a problem, especially with the road repairs that were going on during my visit. There are public parking lots within a block or two from the brewery. There was a small area outside which might be a patio, but it was not set up. The indoors consist of a single room with a modern design. No food is prepared on-site, but there are QR codes to order from a nearby place. The owners were working on-site, but everyone was busy, so I did not have a chance to talk to anyone there, which felt a bit less welcoming than the other breweries I visited even the same week.

There were 11 beers on tap and one seltzer. You can order a beer flight of 4 to try more. For this review, I tried all their beers. The majority of them were simply OK - nothing bad, but also pretty plain. I'm glad that I tried everything though, because there were 2 beers I liked a lot: Agent Cooper (coffee stout) had a rich and bold coffee flavor, while Capable of Anything (blonde ale) was only the second beer with dandelions that I tried so far on my journey. Dandelions make for a very smooth finish and a memorable taste.

Overall, this is a nice brewery to have in the area. If you're around, it makes sense to visit the place. But I wouldn't change my trip to go here specifically.”

Last time as we were standing there for almost 10 minutes while we were ignored. But when the phone rang that was picked up right away and that order was placed.”
