Fast Loading but they load fresh hot bagels ? in the trailer and reefer was set at -10 but because of hot product it wasn't go below +5°or +6°. I have 2022 year unit still had issues to maintain temperature. If you have week reefer unit or old unit try to avoid their load they can put you in terrible situation. 3 days transit load I couldn't relaxed to much headache. I have called 5-6 different mechanic all of them said if reefer not going below +5° most likely shipper loaded...read full review

Friendly staff greeted me 3 hours early to my appointment time outside, helped guide me to a blindside, then got me loaded and out in an hour! Awsome shipper with a great product! I will gladly pick up from here again.
