I placed an order for pick up on March 24,2026. It was a two tier cake for my son’s first birthday. When I seen it I was so excited, my husband translated for me and the lady told him to tell me to put it on the floor not on the seat so I did on the front passenger floor. As I was driving home the top part of the cake slide off. (Picture below) so I called and told the lady’s daughter to FaceTime as I was on the side of the road saying I just picked it up and it fell apart....read full review
I will not recommend it - They have very Low to zero accountability for their mistakes. They forgot to add the guayava filling on my cake, and the other filling they made it up, and tries to convince that it a new recipe to justify adding more foam ( Supiro) in the center.
I had a very bad experience with the staff there..I ordered my cake and when I went to pick it , it was not ready!!!I waited for half hr then when I got home my cake was half icing half cake , and tasteless!!! was soo disappointed….can’t recommend!!!!!!
