Dunkin' Donuts in Lawrence

“I live here basically. I go multiple times per week and my food and drink are always good. There's a particular girl (unfortunately I don't remember her name) that is always so attentive and sweet. This is the best DD in Lawrence. From the food to the staff, I love it! The staff deserves recognition for sure. This is not the closest DD to me but I rather drive here.“

“A very good costumer service from Jose/joseph a week ago .

I place my order on the mobile app , “ decaf coffee “ i checked the sticker on the cap to make sure you was Decaf , for some reason it didn’t have the sticker, then I asked Jose/joseph if the coffee it was decaf, but he wasn’t sure .

And then when I was leaving front he shop he told me that he was going to do a new one for me . Cause there’s was not decaf coffee at the moment .

“I had stopped going here about a year ago because the service was so bad but I have recently given them another shot and i'm glad to see some postive changes in the staff. It was a much better experience and I will continue to return.“

“This Dunkin is really nice, it's very clean and the staff was very friendly. Coffee tasted exactly how it should and the hash browns were done right, they forgot my donut When I went through the drive-thru but I went inside and they gave it right to me.“

“I understand that this location is next to a school but when there's 17 kids all up and down on the counters without any food or drink in front of them. And what's this now? Three of them are vaping all the sudden it's like somebody's basement“
