I used the drive through to purchase my food. The food was good based on my friend's reaction since I am gluten free. The hash browns was okay, luke warm. The wait for the drive through was long. As always, try this location and share your experiences.
I'm not sure who's running this place but early in the morning they often have people working who clearly haven't been trained or don't have the skills for the job. You could end up waiting 10 minutes for a coffee. They are frequently out of large cups. I have no idea how this happens so often. I don't know how Dunkin is letting this place franchise their name. It's run so poorly.
