I’m not sure what happened since they renovated this location but I come here almost every day and it now takes 10+ minute to get one tea order. I placed an online order today thinking that would be faster. Order placed at 8:11, it’s 8:25 and I’m still standing here. The staff working here has no fire under their asses at all and some of us need to get to work. Please fix this. Bring back the dude who had all the energy ASAP because this is crazy.

I think they are getting adjusted to the new way of doing things. The service is usually top.notch at this location today it was super slow and mediocre. I ordered through the app 5 miles away and my order still wasn't ready when I got there.

Employees are always friendly and so kind at this location! I’ve been to the drive thru numerous times in the mornings with dogs in the car and I get so many compliments on them! The coffee is always good too!
