Just popped into hayes after some last minute christmas shopping. The bartender John was amazing. The locals were so welcoming. The owner just blended in as a local. Great drinks, great vibe. Ii dint know the night life but as a day drinker this is the spot! Much love to Hayes!
Let me start by saying we first checked out Gateway Tavern. It was the most unpleasant bar I have been in over the past 8years. The bartenders and the owners bedside manner are is awful. We left and went to Hayes Tavern, recommended by some friends. It was fantastic smiles, food and fun banter. Bartenders were on point and friendly they made the experience fun. By far better than Gateway Tavern.
At the moment you enter this restaurant the stuff gives you an enjoyable feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a friendly place to pass time with your friends or with your date. yummy meals, qualified chief cook and stuff, honest pay and nice service. Warmly recommended.
