Went there every Christmas for the party. My father "Tony Allen" was a member. (and his wife Pearl) I'm talking back in the '50s. (I was just a little kid) Not many around from the WWII group that will remember my dad, but I have great memories of that club. Back then for him, it was Pabst Blue Ribbon beer and Royal Feast potato chips. He worked at the Sealtest Plant in N. Lawrence and would bring ice cream down for the members on Thursdays.
