ABSOLUTELY atrocious! LOL the place is brand new and is a mess in many ways. The workers LORD you can hire someone’s 8 year old to do a better job-just by telling them money is involved! But these people get paid hourly, it’s an hourly paid job. No tips no Jack! Especially when you can’t make a 4 ingredient coffee ANY day of the week. I wanted a simple 2 biscuits with FOUR hash browns. I had to say that about 9 times-not exaggerating, I actually had to go through two people. STILL received wrong coffee after she rung into the computer “large iced coffee with mocha syrup” NO not what I said. I said A LARGE ICED MOCHA and then they got finished telling me “our machine is clean now” and proceeded to make me “the correct drink” NOPE cup O’ milk and so much syrup it was as long as half of my left pinky.Also for the reviews sake I feel forced to put a star! SO ZERO STAR FOR SERVICE. It’s just so sad because this was one of my first jobs AS A KID! And now we have grown a** adults in here that can’t read, listen, or communicate!! LORD HELP US this is only McDonald’s. You should see the other places.

This is the 3rd time they serve bad food quality.The fries were cold, old, hard and oily, I asked the supervisor if they could please make me new ones since these were passed due, she responded; “ok, park over there.”, only to give me the same fries now overly fried and hot. I asked for her name; she responded not obligated to give me her name, it’s not their policy. I asked for customer service number. She responded doesn’t have phone number. Also the other day I went bought a chicken nugget happy meal for my nephew same thing happened. Meat was old, hard, overcooked and fries were over fried, dry and burnt. I think there’s no quality control at this place. Food control should look into this.Parking: Lots of space

For years he visited this place but today was different, to begin with the staff of that restaurant spoke so loudly that it was uncomfortable to be in a place listening to people not talking but shouting and the situation that bothered me the most was that a young man who I was obviously going through a drug overdose I was practically on the floor and seeing the staff at that restaurant like nothing was happening broke my heart

Terribly managed. Runs out of food on a daily basis. Even if it's a popular location, even if they are under staffed, that is all the more reason for a manager to order enough food to not run out. Regularly I have waited several minutes in the drive through only to leave because they were out of what I was waiting to order. The other day my girlfriend and I waited 15 minutes to be told that the only thing we ordered, that they still had, was fries. What is it like for the two or three people working thier butts off all day just to have to appologize to customers one after the other?
