Very quick (even for pho standards), nothing spectacular but a great local pho spot! Mom & pop place that feels very homey. The man, assumably the owner, who was serving us was respectful of my private dining experience. Thank you for the food! Also, addressing the people saying the owner is rude, at least from my experience there, the man seems to not speak english well, but definitely did not get any sense of him being unwelcoming.
It’s right on the corner of S. Broadway and Salem St. Restaurant felt like a family business. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Prices were reasonable. My partner and I ordered Pho Dac Biet and Pork Chops. The Pho was unique with a different kind of broth. From where we were sitting I could see the chef cooking our dishes and was very attentive and took care of our food. I’ll say cooked the food out of love. A little dull in the interior, but the food and service make up for it! The service in there is impeccable, and the food is so fresh. I would personally recommend the fried rice here.
