“Thank you to lovely person at the register who helped my friend and I when the wifi refused to load the Starbucks app. I was so moved when you came out and just handed us the drinks, it wasn’t necessary at all, but nevertheless, you cared enough to make our day.
My only downside to this location is the wifi and cell service is abysmal, but other than that, the staff is absolutely wonderful and I appreciate their kindness.“

“I order an iced Carmel, they gave me iced Black coffee with Caramel syrup... Then acted like I was wrong & had been getting the wrong thing all over the rest of the country... Why hire people that can't or don't communicate with English speaking customers in an English speaking country...“
