Normally are very good and welcoming, but have a tendency to keep your order behind the counter instead of putting it up on the mobile order shelf. And while you’re trying to ask someone for it they just ignore you :/

Nowhere near the level of ruthless efficiency I expect from Boston area locations. Apparently there is no regular staff? I see different people in there every time I go, Often out of basics like milk, English muffins, turkey sausage. Literally served us breakfast sandwiches missing the eggs once.

Parking: Big parking lot Never full

Through the app, my wife accidentally ordered me the wrong sized iced coffee and thus the wrong amount of cream (4) for that size and the woman on the crew at the Lee, MA counter was able to fix it (by dumping a small amount out and adding some plain coffee) so that my accidental Medium tasted right. I appreciate her effort.
